Ninety days of guided self-discovery. This journal walks with you like a sister who has been through it — helping you recognize patterns, understand yourself more deeply, and grow into the person you are becoming.
Most journals ask you what happened. This one asks you who you are becoming — and what has been quietly getting in the way. It is built for the person who is ready to do the real work. This is not a to-do list. It is a companion. Something that walks beside you.
To whoever is reading this —
My name is Tajmah.
I built this journal because I went looking for something like it and it did not exist. Not something that talked at me. Something that walked beside me. Like a sister who has been through it — who loves you enough to ask the question nobody else will ask. The kind of person who sees through the version of you that says I am fine and sits with the one who is not.
I spent a long time trying to understand myself. Studying human services and psychology helped me see it — what I had been calling just the way I am was actually something I learned. A lens I inherited. A story I was handed before I was old enough to question it. And what is learned can be unlearned.
This journal is ninety days of building a new way of seeing yourself. Of recognizing the patterns that have quietly been running your life. Of giving yourself grace while also holding yourself accountable — because you deserve both. You do not have to be fully healed to begin. You just have to be willing to look.
With love —
